Talk about LLN to your local colleges, training providers and any in-house providers you may have. The NHS Academy in the North West has successfully established links with a local college.
Think about where and when to offer LLN learning opportunities.
Contact your local Learning and Skills Council (LSC). They are major funders of this type of training and may have funding available.
The National Association of Adult Continuing Education (NIACE) and the Basic Skills Agency (BSA), now merged with NIACE, have lots of information about employability and adult basic skills on their websites.
