HealthLife - Together was piloted by (the then) Surrey and Sussex SHA. It aimed to ensure that all new staff, returners and job changers become quickly competent in their new roles. The initiative linked to the key drivers of the KSF, Skills Escalation, Improving Working Lives and the Equality & Diversity strategies.
