A Whole Organisation Approach (WOA) to literacy, language and numeracy (LLN) is one in which LLN is developed and incorporated into your organisation's existing systems and processes.

It's not about doing something completely new. It's about understanding how LLN skills impact on the delivery of quality healthcare and then integrating its development into what you already do, from workforce development and planning to policies and procedures.
