This website provides an online guide for health sector organisations seeking to implement a Whole Organisation Approach (WOA) to literacy, language and numeracy (LLN) skills in their workforce.

It has two key aims:

1. To support health sector organisations in making and developing their strategic commitment to the LLN agenda
2. To provide an integrated model that will enable health sector organisations to move from initial commitment to a sustainable programme of action.  (For example, in England this will mean help to move from making the Skills Pledge to implementing it)
